Each with their distinctive personalities and all with the same passion for relevant data, leading technologies and outstanding service. Marc Trömel is a faster thinker and resolute converter: The economics graduate performed the first "netnographic study" in Germany, and is one of the pioneers of social media analysis and Web 2.0 Measurements. Marc is the CEO and is responsible mainly for business development, operational management and the strategic direction of the company. Involved in international Big Data research projects, he is one of the visionaries of the data economy. The co-founder of VICO studied economics at the University of Hohenheim in Stuttgart and Marketing at the University of Otago in New Zealand. Yasan Budak is co-founder and authorized representative. In addition to his expertise as Head of Consulting, he is an eloquent speaker who inspires the young generation on his subject. Yasan teaches Social Media Marketing at the Social Media Academy (SMA) of webculture GmbH in Mannheim and social media in higher education in Rosenheim and Künzelsau. The Social Media Consultant is at home in many industries and is a master of his profession: from market research through marketing and social media monitoring to consulting and implementation of social media concepts. He laid the basis for this by studying economics at the University of Hohenheim in Stuttgart with majors in marketing, market research, production and logistics. Yasan is a member of the Management Board and is responsible for consulting, and is sales head of the Agency and the representative for research. Philipp Tiedt has worked in Big Data technologies since 2004. In the US and Germany the trained software architect was involved in IBM projects from which today's supercomputer "Watson" emerged. Philipp is co-founder and one of the main drivers of VICO Research & Consulting. He built VICO one of the first social media platforms in Germany. Web Intelligence is his main specialty. New breakthrough solutions for customers are his passion. Philip is responsible for the VICO Web Intelligence and Research divisions. Henrik Holzhausen is co-founder of VICO and thinks in digital dimensions that we all admire and appreciate at VICO. Henrik studied software engineering in Stuttgart and is not just a computer scientist and Head of Development, but also an excellent team player. Together with Philipp Tiedt, in 2004 he laid the technological basis for the successful path to a leading social media service for Web Intelligence, Research and Agency. Henrik introduced VICO to development and is responsible for Web Intelligence together with Philipp Tiedt.
